Metal fabrication – In 2024, Jay Morris Construction expanded their metal fabrication service by opening a 16000 square foot shop dedicated to fulfilling customer’s needs. Over the last couple of years, the shop has added many new pieces of equipment to construct any structure. The Victory Plasma Table is controlled by an automated arm linked to AutoCAD, ensuring that every piece is cut to the precise measurements. The table has the capability to cut an 8 x 20-foot sheet up to 2” thick. The Davi Roller can roll pipes from 12” to 72” in diameter, which enables us to complete any job where pipe is needed. The shop also has the following pieces of machinery: Band Saw, Stud Gun, Beveler, Accurshear, Accurpress, and Iron Worker. Our experienced welding crews will get job done right the first time.
